Frame is 20 x 25 cm (8 x 10 inches).

Pipistrelle sp. are common micro bats using echolocation to feed on moths and other insects during nocturnal flight. Bats are exotic, Indonesian in origin and only common species are traded. Skeletonization is achieved with museum beetle larvae (Dermestid sp. and others) which eat the fur and fleshy parts.
